Love Your Body Challenge

Welcome!

This challenge has been used with great success by hundreds of women and a few brave men. It will help you let go of whatever gets in the way of you having a peaceful experience with your body. By practicing the techniques, and reflecting, you'll make changes that will positively impact every aspect of your life. This course will help you prepare for any healthy eating or lifestyle program you choose so when challenges arise, you're able to meet them, keep going--not cave in, and not give up.

You can have the best organic healthy food and best trainer available, but if you're at war with your body, you won't experience all the benefits of eating those foods or exercising.


When you practice what I teach here, you can change your life and navigate upcoming challenges--there will always be challenges if you're going towards a big enough goal. When you move through them, you'll grow and gain confidence and be happy that you persevered.

What to expect:

Every day, more content will be released; therefore you need to log in each day during the course to access your content. To see the desired results, it's best to take action every day toward your goal. The videos and lessons are carefully curated to get you there, but you must act. You will make an assessment of where you are and where you want to go. You will then build a blueprint with steps to get you there. You will be guided step-by-step to get there.

How to Get the MOST out of your challenge:

  • Commit and carve out 5-10 minutes per day just for YOU (I know how hard that can be, just do it!). Change starts with commitment to yourself and your self care.

  • Fill in your 5 steps for your Blueprint and review it daily for 1-3 minutes. The initial process can take more than 5 minutes, but it's worth every second.

  • Take action because change comes from action not through thinking.
